Delete your Quantora account

You can delete your account from the website, Android app or Telegram Mini App. Deletion permanently removes the account and saved account-owned records.

Steps

  1. Sign in with the account you want to delete. For Telegram-only access, open the Mini App and use its deletion card.
  2. Open My Account (avatar menu → Account settings) or stay on this page.
  3. Type DELETE and press Permanently delete.

What is deleted

Your profile (email, name, photo), watchlist, AI chart analyses, trade journal entries and reviews, game entries and points, Telegram link and Premium record.

What is retained

Private lifetime-usage and anti-abuse markers remain: email-based usage and feature-use records, relevant chart-usage IP markers, and Telegram user ID/revocation timestamps needed to reject old Mini App authentication. Deleting an account does not renew free allowances. Provider/operational logs follow their own retention. See the Privacy Policy.

What is not affected

Products bought on MQL5 belong to your MQL5 account and keep working. If you can’t sign in, use the Contact Us form from the email account you registered with and we’ll delete it for you.

Delete my account

This permanently removes your account, saved watchlist, analyses, trade journal, game records and Premium access. Private lifetime usage and anti-abuse markers (email, relevant IP addresses and feature-use records) remain, so deletion does not renew free allowances. It cannot be undone. Purchases made on MQL5 are unaffected (they live in your MQL5 account).
