Do Quantora Robots products come with a refund?

No. All purchases are final and non-refundable, whether bought on the MQL5 Market or directly. Every product has a free demo on MQL5 so you can test it in the Strategy Tester before paying.

What support is included after buying?

Setup help for your broker and account size, the default set file, input explanations, answers on Telegram or email, and every product update released on MQL5 at no extra cost.

In one line

Every sale is final — there are no refunds. Test the free demo first, buy only when you are sure, and once you own it you get full setup support and every future update.

1. No refunds

All purchases of Quantora Robots products — Expert Advisors, indicators and any rental period — are final and non-refundable, whether bought on the MQL5 Market or arranged directly with us. A licence is activated the moment you download the product, and a digital product cannot be returned once delivered. Chargebacks on a delivered licence are treated as a licence violation and the licence is revoked.

This is also how the MQL5 Market works: MetaQuotes does not refund Market purchases and the seller cannot issue one on their behalf.

2. Try before you buy — always

Because there are no refunds, every product ships with a free demo on MQL5: download it, run it in the MetaTrader Strategy Tester with your own broker’s data, read the setup guide, and check the live Myfxbook account behind it. If you are unsure whether a robot suits your broker, deposit or risk tolerance, ask us on Telegram before buying — a straight answer, including “not this one”, costs nothing.

3. What support you get

Support is included with every purchase, for as long as you use the product:

Setup help for your broker, account type and deposit size, including which symbols to attach the robot to.
The default set file (the same inputs that run on the public Myfxbook account) and explanations of every input.
Answers to questions about behaviour you see on your chart — what the robot is doing and why.
Every product update published on MQL5, at no extra cost, for the lifetime of the licence.
A real person on the other end: Telegram @jigutrader or email quantorarobots@gmail.com. Replies usually within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.

4. What support does not cover

Trading losses. A robot executes a strategy; it does not guarantee profit, and drawdowns like the ones published on Myfxbook are part of that strategy.
Custom modifications to the code or strategy, or optimisation for symbols the product is not built for.
VPS, broker or MetaTrader platform problems outside the product itself (we will point you in the right direction).
Personalised financial advice — we explain how the robot works, not whether you should trade.

5. Premium and copy trading

Site Premium (the AI Chart Analyzer plan) is a prepaid period and is likewise non-refundable once activated. Copy-trading subscriptions run on CXM’s platform under CXM’s own terms; the performance fee is charged by the platform on profits only and is not a payment to us that we could refund.
